Personal Appearance – Dauphin Island Gumbo Festival

For the third year in a row I am honored to have been asked to contribute at the Dauphin Island Gumbo Festival and the second straight year I have been asked to perform a live cooking demonstration.  In fact my likeness is even being used in the official marketing.  Check out the event’s actual home page!
